Linda Lademan earned a B.A. in English Literature, Secondary Education from Central Michigan University in 1971. Upon graduation, she joined the family insurance agency and has been an insurance agent for 29 years. She is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health and is a Licensed Insurance Consultant.

She has held the following positions:

She has helped head several conventions for the Independent Insurance Agents Association of the State of Michigan and has guest lectured for several seminars teaching telemarketing and sales techniques. Linda is currently an Elder in her church, chairing the Administration Committee. She is also Vice President of the Downriver Council for the Arts Executive Board, as well as a member of Downriver’s Vision 21 Quality of Life Committee.

Linda resides on Grosse Ile with her husband, David Goodwin. She has a son attending Grosse Ile High School and a second son attending Virginia Technological University, majoring in astrophysics.

David B. Goodwin, CPCU, earned his B.B.A. through a scholarship awarded to him by the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Indiana to The College of Insurance in New York City.

While earning his degree, Mr. Goodwin spent alternating work terms in five insurance companies in Indiana, Ohio and New York, the Indiana Rating Bureau, an Indiana insurance agency and a broker for Lloyds of London. After graduating, he took a position with Wohlreich & Anderson, Ltd. and opened the first national Lloyd's/Surplus Lines office in the State.

In 1978, he received the honored professional insurance designation of Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Mr. Goodwin joined the Lademan Insurance Agency in 1980. That year, he worked with Governor Milliken to help draft new insurance regulations enacted in House Bill 4962. In 1999, he and his wife, Linda Lademan established Goodwin, Lademan & Associates located in Taylor, The firm serves the business and personal insurance needs of Southeastern Michigan.

Mr. Goodwin is a charter member and past president of the Michigan Surplus Lines Agents Association and past president of the Allen Park Kiwanis Club. He has been an officer and director of Southern Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, past president and current board member of the Greater Romulus Chamber of Commerce, past president of South Shore Business Network International and served as moderator of the deacons of the Grosse Ile Presbyterian Church.

Dave and his wife reside on Grosse Ile with their two sons.

Jennifer graduated from Carlson High School in 1994. She has seven years experience specializing in property and casualty insurance. She is fully licensed for property and casualty insurance and working on licensing for life and health insurance. She has participated in continuing education and has attended various coverage seminars. As a Personal Account Executive, Jennifer works directly with our customers and insurance company underwriters to meet individual insurance needs.
